Review
Can augment the face-to-face psychiatric independent medical evaluation and collateral information that will help establish the opinion of the medical expert witness. In cases of medical malpractice, the review of medical records is essential for the opinion generated as face-to-face evaluations are rarely conducted.
Expert Witness
Provide testimony in a deposition and/or trial directly related to the field of psychiatry. The testimony provided will highlight the specialty of psychiatry and clinical knowledge as it pertains to the legal question, which will assist the trier of fact, jury and/or judge, to understand the evidence.
